Tyler Z Tooley

Tyler Tooley is a licensed professional counselor supervisor, Registered Play Therapist, a certified AutPlay® Therapist (C-APT) and approved supervisor and Board Member for AutPlay Therapy. He operates a private practice, Tooley Therapy Services, near St. Louis, Missouri.

Tyler serves as the Committee Chair for Social Media on the Board for the Missouri Association for Play Therapy and will soon serve as a Board Member as well. He is a graduate of the Leadership Academy for the International Association for Play Therapy.

Tyler specializes working with children, adolescents, and even adults who are neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, OCD, gifted, etc.) and integrates AutPlay® Therapy by utilizing technology, including video and computer games, iPads, and virtual reality (VR) into sessions.

Tyler has presented professional and educational trainings and seminars on various topics in play therapy nationally and internationally, and he is currently working on his PhD in Counseling Education at the University of Missouri - St. Louis.
